    Black Galaxies will play a friendly against Egypt’s U20 team to test readiness for the 2023 African Nations Championship 

    The  Black Galaxies will play the U-20 team of Egypt at the Cairo International Stadium on Tuesday, 27 December 2022.

    The team are in the Egyptian capital for camping (18 days) as they continue their preparations ahead of the 2023 African Nations Championship in Algeria.

    The Black Galaxies are expected to play a number of friendlies  before jetting off to Algeria for the tournament.

    Coach Annor Walker is hoping to get the boys ready for the task ahead. The mood is positive in the camp with the return of Barnieh and number one, Danlad Ibrahim.

    Ghana are in Group C alongside Sudan,  Morocco and Madagascar,  for the tournament.

    The competition starts on the 13th  January and comes to an end on 14th February 2023.
