    Bibiani Gold Stars returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Legon Cities in the GPL Match day 25 encounter. 

    Bibiani Goldstars FC returned to winning ways  in the Ghana Premier League  after a hard fought  victory over Legon Cities FC  at home on Monday afternoon.

    Gold Stars did a comeback to win a 3-2 win against relegation threatened side, Legon Cities.

    The Dun’s Park saw all  five goals of the game come in the first half of the match.

    In form striker for Gold Stars,  Abednego Tetteh put the home side ahead few seconds after kick-off to grab his 9th goal of the season.

    In the 10th minute Ebenezer Armegah, equalised for Legon Cities as the Royals mounted pressure on the Miners after conceding early.

    Five minutes after drawing level, Eric Osei Bonsu  put Legon Cities ahead.

    Charles Gyamfi Camara equalised for  Goldstars in the 24th minute to calm things down in Bibiani.

    Abednego Tetteh got his 10th goal of the season and his brace six minutes from Half time  to ensure all three maximum points for Gold Stars.

    The Miners from Bibiani moved to the 7th position on the league standings after Monday’s win with 38 points while Cities remain in the relegation zone at the 16th position.
