Both players failed to feature in the tournament and are back home following Ghana’s World Cup exit.

The two players were instrumental for the Black Galaxies qualification to the CHAN.

Barnieh was the top scorer in the qualifiers with Danlad being the first choice goalkeeper for the team.

Ghana will be hoping to make a great return to the tournament after missing on the last three editions.

The Black Galaxies are in  Group C with Morocco, Sudan and Madagascar.

The tournament is set to commence on January 13, 2022 in Algeria
