Ghana FA to implement transfer ban if Kotoko fails to make Esperance payment The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has been mandated by FIFA to impose a national transfer ban on Asante Kotoko if they fail to make payment to Esperance before May 17, 2020. The Porcupine Warriors have been slapped with a $240,000 fine by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee for the illegal registration of Emmanuel Clottey in 2015 who was then a player of the Tunisian club. Karela United complete signing of eight new players Ghana Premier League side Karela United have completed the signing of eight new players in the ongoing transfer window. The Aiyinase based club announced these signing via their twitter account this morning. Restarting football would be irresponsible – FIFA boss Infantino Fifa president Gianni Infantino says restarting football too early would be “irresponsible”,he was speaking to Fifa’s 211 member associations on Friday.
