Ghanaian midfielder Kamal Sowah was sent off as Club Brugge shared spoils with Atlético Madrid in the Champions League. Ghana’s Issahaku makes champions league debut. Issahaku was introduced in the first half  against Marseille at  the Estádio José Alvalade in their champions league home match. Ricardo Esgaio was sent off for picking up two yellow cards in four minutes and Issahaku was introduced into the game afterwards. Accra Hearts of Oak are said to be ready to appoint Serbian, Slavko Matic as Samuel Boadu replacement  The Club has been without a head coach after the sacking of Samuel Boadu last month and reports indicate that management has found a new tactician to lead the club. The head coaches of Hasaacas Ladies and Pearl Pia Ladies leave for TSG Hoffenheim to attend a four week attachment programme. Baba Nuhu and Yussif Basigi have departed Accra for a four week attachment stint with Bundesliga side, TSG Hoffenheim as part of the capacity building project by the GFA.
