    Defending GPL champions, Asante Kotoko thrashed Kotoku Royals 5-1 at home to end their four game winless streak.

    The Porcupine Warriors were a joy to watch last night after they earned their biggest win of the season.

    Stephen Mukwala was unstoppable as the Ugandan forward  scored twice and assisted a goal.

    Richmond Lamptey had opened the score line for Kotoko. Mukwala opened his account for the night from the spot kick putting Kotoko 2-0 up.

    Kotoku Royals  pulled a goal back through Kumi, but Kotoko proved too strong in the second half, with

    Mukwala completed his brace and put Kotoko 3-1 up.

    Ivorian midfielder Serge Zeze  was set up by Mukwala to score the  fourth goal for Kotoko.

    Solomon Safo-Taylor’s late goal sealed all three maximum points for Kotoko.
