Asante Kotoko reject $300,000 bid for Sogne Yacouba

Asante Kotoko have reportedly rejected an offer from South African club Orlando Pirates for striker Sogne Yacouba, the club wants $600,000 for the player.

Orlando Pirates initially submitted an offer of $250,000 and later increased the bid by $50k to $300,000 but Asante Kotoko have rejected the offer and maintained the $600,000 tag on the player.

Sogne Yacouba hasn’t played for Asante Kotoko since March, his last game was against Al-Hilal in their Confederation Cup campaign.

Asante Kotoko CEO George Amoako recently revealed that the player is currently injured and will return to the squad when he is fully fit.
