Asante Kotoko complete signing of Brazilian striker Michael Vinicius

Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko have confirmed the signing of Brazilian forward Michael Vinicius.

The former Fluminese striker joins the Porcupine Warriors on a two-and-a-half-year deal.

Vinicius becomes the second Brazilian to join the Reds in the ongoing campaign after the arrival of Fabio Gama at the start of the season.

He is seen as the replacement for prolific attacker Kwame Opoku, who has left for Algerian giants USM Alger.

Asante Kotoko currently sit third on the Ghana Premier League and are poised on winning the league.

He is the second signing for the Porcupine Warriors following the arrival of Solomon Sarfo Taylor three days ago.
