Agona Swedru is set to host a thrilling climax to the 2025/26 Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League season, as Ampem Darkoa Ladies take on Hasaacas Ladies in the grand final at the Swedru Sports Stadium on Sunday, April 19.
Kickoff is scheduled for 3:00 p.m., with both sides aiming to cap off impressive campaigns with the ultimate prize.
Ampem Darkoa Ladies booked their place in the final after emerging champions of the Northern Zone. Their journey was sealed on Matchday 18 with a hard-fought 4-3 victory over Fosu Royal Ladies, taking their points tally to 37.
Hasaacas Ladies, on the other hand, dominated the Southern Zone and confirmed their place in the final with a narrow 1-0 win over Samartex Ladies on the final day. That result saw them finish with 40 points, underlining their attacking strength and experience throughout the season.
