Agustine Sefah set to leave Asante Kotoko

Asante Kotoko defender Augustine Sefah will end his stay at the club when his contract expires next month, according to reports.

The defender who joined the club in 2017 will be leaving at the end of the year after struggling to get minutes in the last few months.

Augustine Sefah who was a regular under CK Akonnor failed to find his way to first-team under Kjetil Zachariassen.

Reports are suggesting that Augustine Sefah is unwilling to extend his stay with the club and will consider his options when his contract expires. Although his decision might be influenced by the club’s next manager.

Asante Kotoko are currently without a Head coach after terminating the contract of Kjetil Zachariassen following the club’s abysmal performance in Africa.

Reports are also suggesting that four other players including Jordan Opoku will leave at the end of the year.
