Accra Hearts of Oak has postponed its Annual General Meeting to April 4th.

Hearts of Oak has officially announced the rescheduling of its highly anticipated 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally planned for Thursday, March 28, 2024.

According to a statement from the club’s management, unforeseen circumstances have led to the event’s postponement.

The new date for the AGM is now set for Thursday, April 4, 2024, beginning at 9:00 am. Despite the change, the venue remains the same, and the meeting will still be held at the Civil Service Auditorium-Ministries, Accra.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause,” said Accra Hearts of Oak in their announcement.

The AGM is a crucial platform for the club to address various on-field and off-field issues, allowing stakeholders to discuss the club’s operations and future direction.

One of the main items on the agenda is the confirmation of newly appointed members and the inauguration of the new board.

The recently formed board, led by Executive Board Chairman Togbe Afede XIV, includes prominent figures such as Vincent Sowah Odotei, Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe, Delali Anku Adiamah, Prof Agyemang Badu Akosa, Akwasi Agyeman, Ing. Dr. Kenneth Ashigbey, Mrs. Ivy Heward-Mills, and Samuel Wilfred Yaw Inkoom.
