    Ghanaian striker Abdul-Aziz Yakubu has  arrived  in Egypt to complete Al Ahly SC transfer from  Rio Ave

    The 24-year-old striker  landed at the  Cairo International Airport last night after Al Ahly reached an agreement with  Rio Ave for his services.

    Yakubu is expected to sign a four and half year deal  with Al Ahly today, after his medicals.

    Al Ahly  is expected to pay 2.5 million Euros to Rio Ave for the services of Yakubu.

    Al Ahly are looking to freshen up their squad in their quest to reclaim the Egyptian title and also CAF champions league.

    Yakubu has been in fantastic form for Rio Ave this season with  8 goals and three assists in 15 games across all competitions.
