The second round of the 2025/26 GARFA Women’s Division One League got underway in style as Matchweek 8 delivered goals, statement wins, and key shifts across both Zone A and Zone B.

In Zone A, G.R.A Ladies maintained their strong grip on the top spot after a convincing 3–0 victory over Starlets Ladies. The result keeps them leading the table with 19 points, having conceded just once all season. Close behind, Immigration Ladies also stayed in the title race with a narrow 1–0 win against Teshie Constant Ladies, moving up to 18 points after eight matches.

Ideal Ladies recorded an important 2–1 triumph over Ridge City Women, while El Wonder Ladies were emphatic in a 3–0 win against Besiktas Ladies, strengthening their mid-table position as the competition intensifies.

Attention also turned to Zone B, where leaders Sissamba Ladies continued their perfect run, extending their 100 percent record with a hard-fought 2–1 victory over Faith Ladies. The win keeps Sissamba comfortably top with a maximum 24 points and an imposing goal difference.

Cabfix Ladies made one of the standout moves of the week, staging an impressive 4–1 comeback win to climb into second place on the table with 18 points. That result saw them leapfrog Faith Ladies, who now sit third with 16 points. Elsewhere, Rock Ladies were dominant in a 5–2 win over Blessed Ladies, while Epiphany Next Generation cruised to a 5–0 victory against Royal Galaxy Ladies.

With the second round now in motion, Matchweek 8 has set the tone for an exciting run-in across both zones, as promotion contenders begin to separate themselves and the battle for consistency intensifies in the GARFA Women’s Division One League.
