Samartex have won two and drawn two of their last four league meetings with Medeama on home soil.
Both of last season’s encounters ended in a draw.
Medeama coach Ibrahim Tanko has described the trip as a tough test, while goalkeeper Felix Kyei has vowed that the champions will finally secure a victory in Samreboi.
With only three points separating the sides, it would be a keenly contested game.
