GPL Week Two Review : Hearts of Oak topple GoldStars, Aduana Stars fall at home
David Gyamfi stole the show with an impressive hat-trick against Vision FC at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium. The win helps the home team pick up three points and remain unbeaten after two league games.
In other games, Hearts of Oak recovered strongly to stage a dramatic comeback against Gold Stars. Kwame Opoku set the tone for the game with an eleventh minute break through but Henry Kwaku Boateng’s brilliance in the second half saw him create one and score one for the Phobias. The win is their second in 8 attempts.
Ebenezer Okrah’s stoppage-time goal was the difference at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park, settling the score between Aduana Stars and Samartex.
