2025 Unity Cup : Michael Essien visits Black Stars in London
Former Black Stars midfielder Michael Essien took time off to visit the team ahead of the tie against Trinidad and Tobago in the 2025 Unity Cup tournament.
The former Chelsea player was welcomed by the technical team led by Otto Addo, vice chairman of the management committee, Stephen Appiah. He got the opportunity to familiarize himself with the entire playing body.
The Black Stars lost their opening game against Nigeria last Wednesday and will hope for improved results when they play Caribbean nation Trinidad and Tobago on Saturday.
