This is Sahara Football Scouts’ Picks for Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 3. In-form Reds dominate line-up in a 3-5-2 formation.
Fabianski – Swansea’s £4.5m man may have had a poor outing against United last time out in conceding 4 goals, but faces a goalless team (Crystal Palace) this Gameweek. Also, the Polish goalkeeper kept a clean sheet against Saints two weeks ago.
Phil Jones – Only £5.0m, the Manchester United man has been key to two clean sheets so far. Faces Leicester at home.
Ben Davies – The £5.6m Spurs defender will be taking on Burnley at home. Scored a goal, got bonus points and a clean sheet in the opener against Newcastle.
Ahmed Hegazi – West Brom’s new go-to giant defender, the Egyptian only costs £4.7m and takes on Stoke at the Hawthorns.
Willian: The Brazilian has been a force to the defending champions start to the season. At £7.1m and guaranteed playing time, he’s the cheapest Chelsea attacker at the moment. Chelsea hosts Everton.
Richarlison – The lively looking Watford winger is just £6m, has a goal and assist already and takes on Brighton at home.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan – Four assists, two clean sheets and three bonus points so far for the £8.2m Manchester United playmaker. Faces Leicester at home.
Christian Eriksen – Has assisted all three of Tottenham’s goals so far. £9.6m will be well spent on the Dane who takes on Burnley at home.
Sadio Mane: The £9.5m Liverpool forward takes on a weakened Gunners defence on Sunday. Mane loves to play at Anfield where he has been involved in 15 goals in 17 appearances. Indispensable.
Romelu Lukaku – The in-form £11.7m player is the only striker with three goals already. He’s our captain for Gameweek 3. Manchester United face Leicester at home.
Sergio Aguero – Priced at £11.5m, the Argentinean scored in Gameweek 1 against Brighton, and should get the nod on Saturday when the Citizens take on Bournemouth.
Make your selections before Gameweek 3 deadline.
