Pep Guardiola is “satisfied” with the identity of Bayern Munich‘s next permanent manager, according to club president Uli Hoeness.
The 46-year-old Spanish tactician enjoyed three illustrious seasons in Bavaria and recently enjoyed dinner with his former boss during the Oktoberfest celebrations.
“He (Guardiola) promised that he would come to Oktoberfest every year,” he told German publication Abendzeitung.
“It was a meeting between friends, but of course we have also spoken about professional matters.
“I told him who we were going to recruit [as the new Bayern manager] in the next few days and he was satisfied.”
