CK Akonnor hopeful local football will resume soon
After Asante Kotoko’s exit from their African Campaign, CK Akonnor believes it is important that local football in the county resume soon.
Local football in Ghana was suspended after Anas’ Number12 Expose documentary that revealed corruption in Ghana Football.
CK Akonnor wants continuous competition for his team and hopes local football returns soon.
“It is important we start the league very soon. The fact that the league isn’t going on is a big problem, we will need a bit of competition” he said.
