Asante Kotoko sign players without any plans – Hearts of Oak coach Kim Grant

Hearts of Oak Head coach Kim Grant believes has stated that arch rivals Asante Kotoko sign players without making any plans.

Asante Kotoko coach CK Akonnor have recruited ten players to his side prior to the CAF competition, they are on the verge of qualifying for the group stages of the CAF Confederation Cup.

Kim Grant said in an interview that he is aware of their progress in Africa and also the need to beat them whenever they cross path.

“It’s not in my contract to win only against Kotoko but the other clubs. Of course they’re our main actual rivals and there is always competition between the two teams,” Kim Grant told Atinka TV.

“Mark Noonan has made the statement to defeat Kotoko in all their meetings. But I’ve told my players to win whenever we meet them.”

“I’ve looked at their team. There wasn’t any league. If you put into that position they’re making good use of it but they using lots of rift because they brought a lot of players without any plans,” he claimed.
